Change over any day to arrive after 16.00* and vacate before 10.00* on departure day to allow our cleaners time to prepare for the next guests. * unless by special arrangement
Villa booking:
No charge to family …. well maybe a couple of bottles of Rioja !!
£400/per night. Reduced to £300/night for friends.
Villa preparation and linen hire from local agent:
For up to 7 night stays:
Entrance clean, linen bath/pool towels and kitchen cleaning pack… 255.00 €
For 10 or 14 night stays:
Mid clean, linen & towel changes (after 10.00 am)… +130.00 €
To be paid in euros during your stay.
