Please remember our modern wheelchair accessible villa sleeps up to 6 and is only available from April to October. Here is the information you requested…
Change over any day to arrive after 16.00* and vacate before 10.00* on departure day to allow our cleaners time to prepare for the next guests. * unless by special arrangement
April, May & October … £280/night
June & September … £320/night
July & August … £400/night
Deposit 10%, payable within 24 hours of booking.
Balance due 3 months before departure.

For up to 7 night stays:
Entrance clean, linen bath/pool towels and kitchen cleaning pack… 255.00 €
For 10 or 14 night stays:
Mid clean, linen & towel changes (after 10.00 am)… +130.00 €
To be paid in euros during your stay.
